2. Provision of Services

Borealis Data specializes in AI-powered analytics, business intelligence (BI) solutions, and dashboard automation. While we strive for 100% accuracy in our predictive models and data visualizations, you acknowledge that AI outputs are based on available data patterns and should be used as a decision-support tool rather than the sole basis for critical business moves.

• Bespoke BI Solutions: Terms for custom software development are governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Automated Reporting: Access to automated reports is contingent upon the maintenance of an active subscription.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data they provide for analysis. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary AI algorithms or scrape data from our dashboards is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service and potential legal action.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to the design, layout, look, appearance, and graphics of the Borealis Data platform, are owned by or licensed to us. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Borealis Data shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our analytics platform.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
